Terms of Service for WebTask Pilot

Business use

WebTask Pilot is provided for business and professional use. By using the service, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization you use it for and that your automation tasks are lawful and authorized.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for task instructions, account access, website permissions, data quality, approvals, legal compliance, and the consequences of automated submissions or extractions. You must not use the service to bypass access controls, scrape unlawfully, violate third-party terms, send spam, process data without authority, or perform harmful activity.

Service limitations

Browser automation depends on third-party websites, account status, network conditions, website layout changes, rate limits, anti-automation controls, and customer configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful completion of every task, or compatibility with every website.

Plans and payment

Published prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Annual plans are discounted compared with monthly billing. Checkout may be handled by NOWPayments. Crypto payments can be irreversible once broadcast or confirmed by a network. Taxes, exchange fees, network fees, and provider fees may apply.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless required by law, fees for digital services are non-refundable after service access, setup, or usage begins. We may review refund requests sent to support@aigeamy.com within a reasonable support window and may approve, deny, or prorate them at our discretion where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You must not use WebTask Pilot for credential theft, unauthorized access, security probing, deceptive activity, unlawful data collection, malware, spam, abuse of public services, or any activity that creates legal, operational, or reputational risk for WebTask Pilot or its providers.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in WebTask Pilot, including software, design, documentation, workflows, and product materials. Customers retain rights to their own lawful inputs and outputs, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and support the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes
